Steph WalL set up the Yoga Hive in 2017 to help others find peace, wellbeing and happiness through traditional yoga practices, in a fresh and accessible way.

I am so excited to offer this new class at the beautiful "Ananda Wellbeing Studio". This specialist class is for mums only to get some well earned "me time" away from your little (or big) ones!  No matter how old your children are you are classed as "Post-Natal" and this class can help you. Intelligent movement, flowing yoga sequences and postures to focus on building core strength, toning the body in a safe way and ridding the body of all those tensions and stiffness which most mams experience. Learn breathing techniques and enjoy lovely relaxations to feel re-energised and nourished! Pregnancy Yoga - Ananda Wellbeing Studio Middlesbrough

Pregnancy yoga is perfect for total beginners or for experienced yogis who wish to exercise in a safe, nourishing way. Learn effective breathing techniques, gentle postures, sequences and specialist yoga practises that both nourish you and your baby. Time for a cuppa , chat and home-made cake at the end of class, meet and share with other mums to be and make lasting friendships!  

Terms & Conditions: 

£10 for a trial session - then £50 booking for 5 consecutive weeks (allowances for special circumstances can be made) Bookings are Non-Refundable. 1 class out of the 5 can be rolled over if 24hrs notice is given. 

Yoga Flow Class - St Andrews Church - Marton

Wednesdays 6.00pm - 7.00pm - £6 drop in / £30 block of 6 

All abilities - total beginners are welcome. A unique flowing class mixing up elements of vinyasa, ashtanga, hatha and forrest inspired yoga, offering a challenging yet balanced class with gorgeous relaxation. Strong focus on Anatomy and breathing techniques to leave you feeling glowing and energised! 

Suitable for pregnant students with previous yoga experience.

Ananda Wellbeing Studio, Albert Rd North - Middlesbrough

Experience a little time of well earned rest and relaxation. Learn specific yoga postures, sequences and techniques designed to help Post-natal recovery and develop strength. Stretch out those tensions, aches and pains. Babies are also part of the class to offer you unique time to bond whilst also learning beneficial yoga practises to help you physically and emotionally. Enjoy songs, baby massage and yoga postures that you can enjoy together and also benefit baby! Meet other new mums and make new friends with time for a chat, homemade cake and a cuppa after the class.
