One to One Yoga Sessions

1:1 or small group sessions be held at my home studio or in the comfort of your own home.

Perfect if you want to deepen your practise, focus on specific issues or just enjoy a more quiet and personal session with lasting benefits. 

Steph is trained in Functional Anatomy so can offer unique yoga sessions based on individual needs and specific muscular problems. 

Each session starts with a consultation to identify areas to work on and specific health issues, then each session will be tailor made to suit you. You will be given a detailed handout to help you follow up the practise at home. You can have as many or as little sessions as you wish. It is very flexible and you only need to book them as and when you want.
